
Will Mulcahy

Mulcahy co-founded The Browning Group in 1980. Over the past two decades he's helped client firms succeed -- by revitalizing and developing their management teams, by introducing new processes leading to operating excellence and by enhancing profitability performance through a disciplined approach to financial management. During 2000-2001 he served as President/ COO of a 500 employee client firm, helping to stage them for acquisition.
Prior to founding The Browning Group Will was COO of ESI, a management consulting firm and earlier in his career headed the offices of Bozell-Jacobs, a major international advertising agency. He began his career with Chevron Oil and subsequently served as a senior marketing and sales executive with Dymo Industries where he successfully helped restage and revitalize this Fortune 1000 company.
He received his MBA from Seton Hall University and his undergraduate business degree from Golden Gate University. He is also an alumnus of the Harvard Business School Executive Management Program.
Outside of his consulting work, Mulcahy has been an adjunct professor at the School of Business, California State University-Hayward. He has also served on a variety of Boards, including the Hotel and Restaurant School Advisory Board at Diablo Valley College, the Oakland Chamber of Commerce, Napa Valley Visitors and Convention Bureau, the California Council for the Blind and St. Helena Hospital Foundation. He is Chairman of Partners-For-Profit, a community service arm of the Roberts Enterprise Development Foundation and a member of The Olympic Club.
