Paul's career spans over 30 years of diverse management experience--from executive positions in the Fortune 500 to running small family-owned enterprises. He combines a unique operational focus with insightful mentoring to help develop more effective leadership at both executive management and staff levels. He has a proven track record for developing successful teams and improved communication that help drive greater accountability and enhanced operational effectiveness.
Prior to The Browning Group, Paul was a Corporate Vice President with IKON Office Solutions responsible for development of strategic plans and operational strategies during a period of major transformation and restructuring. His earlier career included leadership of the Apple Computer team at Chiat/Day advertising during the now historic introduction of Macintosh as well as expansive client management responsibilities with Foote, Cone & Belding advertising
In addition to his work with The Browning Group, Paul chairs a CEO Advisory Board in concert with Vistage International. His Board is comprised of some of the Bay Area's most successful young entrepreneurs. Paul holds an MBA from St. Mary's College and a BA from San Jose State University.
