Significantly enhanced operating performance by re-focusing management team on improved productivity

With operations throughout California, this leading pavement maintenance company was seeking to re-focus its management team and raise the level of operating performance to enable both improved productivity and significant financial growth which would reverse declining trends. Importantly, the day-to-day demands and reliance being placed by the management team on the founder/owner were creating a reduction in leadership effectiveness and a loss of market momentum. The Browning Group was engaged to develop the management team and operating staff to assume greater responsibility levels and to adopt a culture of accountability and measurement. Specifically, The Browning Group facilitated the creation of renewed vision, strategies and functional operations plans and worked individually with management and staff to install new systems and accountability performance standards.
